Required Submission Materials

All items listed below shall be provided through the online submission form:

• Complete manuscript file prepared using the official AIJSTR .docx template;
• Full information for all authors: full names, institutional affiliations, and valid contact details for the corresponding author;
• Conflict‑of‑interest statement (mandatory when conflicts exist);
• Ethical‑approval certification, which is mandatory for any research involving human participants or animal experiments;
• Supplementary materials (if applicable).

Copyright Publishing License Requirement

After your manuscript completes double-blind peer review and receives the formal acceptance letter, you are required to complete, sign and submit the Author Non-Exclusive Publishing License Agreement before formal online publication.
Rules for the license form:

• The corresponding author signs on behalf of all co-authors with every co-author’s prior consent; handwritten scanned signature or legal electronic signature are both valid.
• Save the signed document as PDF and send it to editor@aijstr.com, with your Paper ID marked in the email subject.
• Without a fully executed license agreement, we cannot arrange online publication, volume/issue assignment and DOI allocation for your manuscript.
• This is a non-exclusive publishing license. Authors permanently retain full copyright of their research work; AIJSTR does not request full copyright transfer.

Critical Reminders

• Submission of a manuscript indicates that all authors have read and agreed to the journal’s policies including authorship rules, copyright statement, ethics requirements and APC terms.
• Submission confirms that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under review by another journal or conference. Parallel‑submission is strictly prohibited.
• The journal conducts double‑blind peer review for every eligible manuscript. Editorial decisions including accept, minor revision, major revision or reject will be communicated to the corresponding author by email.
• It is the corresponding author’s responsibility to ensure that all co‑authors are informed of the submission status and any editorial correspondence.
