Conduct large-scale crawling, scraping, mirror replication or batch downloading of website pages, unreviewed unpublished manuscripts, editorial internal documents and official policy texts;

Modify, reprint, republish, resell or commercially use the journal’s name, official logo, website interface layout, official policy documents and standardized editorial templates;

Decompile, attack, tamper with or interfere with the website server, backend program and functional modules to cause abnormal website operation.

If you violate the above prohibitions, we reserve the right to permanently block your IP address and restrict all subsequent access permissions to this website.

Binding Rules for All Manuscript Submitting Authors

By submitting any manuscript to this journal, you warrant and unconditionally agree to all the following binding provisions:

You hold complete and legal independent copyright of the submitted manuscript; the manuscript shall not contain plagiarism, data fabrication, fabricated experimental results, concurrent duplicate submission, fake peer review applications or other serious academic misconduct;

All unreleased manuscripts under peer review are classified confidential editorial materials. Without the written approval of the editorial office, you shall not disclose, forward or publish the full text, review comments and revision drafts to any third party;

You fully recognize and accept all editorial mechanisms, double-blind peer review standards, APC charging standards, discount and waiver policies, refund regulations and post-acceptance optional value-added service rules published on the Author Guidelines page;

All payment applications, APC discount/waiver applications and manuscript withdrawal requests can only be submitted by the corresponding author, and complete supporting identity documents shall be provided in accordance with official requirements;

All fee-related business including APC settlement, Priority Accelerated Publication Service and Post-Acceptance Professional Language Polishing & Grammar Revision Service are independently administered by Apex Scholarly Publications LLC; all editorial staff, associate editors and peer reviewers are completely isolated from all payment order data and author consumption records, and cannot view any fee purchase information of authors. Payment for any optional value-added service cannot change or interfere with any editorial judgment and acceptance.

Clarification of Business Division

Article Processing Charge (APC) is the core basic publication cost of this journal, covering basic open-access publishing operation expenses; all collection, discount review and refund procedures of APC are uniformly handled by the LLC publishing team;

All submission, initial screening, major/minor revision and peer review processes are permanently free of charge. All payable fees will only be opened for selection and settlement after authors receive the Official Final Formal Acceptance Letter. No fees of any kind shall be collected in the pre-acceptance stage.

Prohibited Behaviors on the Website Platform

You shall not carry out the following illegal, fraudulent or disturbing behaviors through this website:

Upload, publish or spread illegal, violent, discriminatory, slanderous, plagiarized, forged or misleading false information;

Forge personal identity, institutional affiliation, academic title or official certificates, submit fake manuscripts or false payment vouchers to defraud editorial review resources;

Send mass spam emails, harassing messages and malicious communications to editorial staff, associate editors and peer reviewers;

Run automated bots, crawler scripts or other automated tools to occupy website server resources and disrupt normal website operation.

Website Warranty Disclaimer

This website and all internal content are provided on an “as available” basis without any express or implied warranty of stability, accuracy or completeness. The publishing entity does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, zero system faults, permanent storage of all manuscript data, or the authenticity and accuracy of third-party external links embedded on the website.

Limitation of Legal Liability

Within the maximum scope permitted by the laws of New Mexico, Apex Scholarly Publications LLC shall not bear any liability for indirect losses, incidental losses, consequential economic losses and reputation damages arising from your use of this website. Related risks include but are not limited to manuscript data loss, delayed publication progress, failed discount review, refund disputes and service disagreements.

Intellectual Property Ownership of Website Platform Assets

The journal’s official name, registered logo, website UI layout, all official policy documents, author submission guidelines and internal editorial templates are original copyrighted works belonging exclusively to Apex Scholarly Publications LLC. Without official written authorization, any reproduction, modification, reprinting and commercial use of the above materials is strictly prohibited.

This intellectual property ownership clause does not apply to all formal published manuscripts independently created by authors; the copyright and reuse rules of published articles shall comply with the independent Copyright Statement page of this website.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the substantive laws of New Mexico, excluding conflict of law provisions. All disputes, claims and disagreements arising from website access, manuscript submission, publishing fees and value-added services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.

Revision Mechanism of Service Terms

We reserve the unilateral right to revise, supplement or adjust all clauses of these Terms of Service according to legal updates and journal operational adjustments. After revised content is published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date, your continuous browsing and use of this website shall constitute full recognition of the updated terms.

Associated Official Policy Documents
